Our rates include final cleaning, linen (bed, bath and kitchen), electricity, water, WLAN
internet connection and car park.
For stays of less than 4 days we charge 25.00€ for final cleaning.
Pets on request.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The apartment is available from 2.00pm on the arrival day (or according to prior agreement)
and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to protect you from fees in the event
of short-term cancellation.
In case of cancellation 1 month or less prior to arrival, late arrival or early departure we’re
obliged to charge you up to 3 days of your stay.
